Can you show me a example with numbers?
Sure. Lets say you are on the Basic plan which gives you 150,000 words per month.
You refer users and 1 of them buys the Micro plan, 2 buy the Basic plan and 1 buys the Pro plan. You will get 405,000 words a month in free credits. Here is the breakdown:
- 1 x Micro plan(10,000) * 50% = 5,000
- 2 x Basic plan(150,000) * 50% = 150,000
- 1 x Pro plan(500,000) * 50% = 250,000
That is a total of 405,000 bonus credits every month. This is on top of your Basic plan(150,000 words) for a total of 555,000 words a month for you to use.
As long as you have a paid account, you will get 50% of all paid users you refer.
Do I need to be on a specific paid plan?
No, you can be on any paid plan to get bonus credits for your referrals. Check our plans here.
Is there a time limit for my referrals to convert to customers?
We set a 60 day cookie. If a user buys a paid subscription within 60 days of using your link, you will get your bonus credits.
Is there a limit to how many customers I can refer?
There is no limit. You can refer as many paid customers as you like and you will get credit for all of them. You will not get credit for free users.
Do I need a paid account to get the bonus credits?
Yes, you need to have a paid plan to get your bonus credits. Plans start as little as $1 per month(paid yearly). Check our plans here.
What happens if one of my referred users cancel their subscription?
If a referred user cancels their subscription, you will lose the bonus credits for that user. You only get credit for users with active paid subscriptions.
